Bio soluble fiber blanket is a high-temperature insulation material made from alkaline earth silicate (AES) fibers of the CaO-MgO-SiO2 system. Produced by advanced spinning and needle-punching technology, it delivers the same thermal performance as traditional ceramic fiber blanket while being soluble in body fluids — making it a safe, RCF-free and eco-friendly alternative for furnace insulation.

Rated to 1260°C classification temperature (1100°C continuous working), JUCOS bio soluble blanket features low thermal conductivity, low heat storage, high tensile strength, excellent thermal shock resistance and light weight. It is flexible, easy to cut and install, and widely used as back-up insulation and furnace lining in heat treatment, annealing, petrochemical, metallurgical and other high-temperature industries.
