Alumina bubble brick using Alumina hollow ball as main raw material, high performance alumina ultrafine powder as additive, organic matter do binder, forming after drying, alumina hollow ball fired at 1750 ºC , this material with low thermal conductivity, heat preservation,high compressive strength, Alumina bubble brick has excellent heat resistance performance and heat insulation performance, which can be directly used as the working lining of high temperature kiln.Mainly used in the hot face refractory lining of pyrolyzer,hot blast furnace ,preheating furnace,tunnel kiln ,pushed slab kiln,crucible furnace ,electric furnace ,etc .
