Lightweight alumina bricks is using the one-time molding mechanism and burned additive manufacturing process while maintaining the conventional pouring molding, consistent sectional structure, and complimentary pore formation in honeycomb, allows for the greatest possible product compressive strength and heat insulation performance. All items have been ground and shaped, and because there is little variation in size, they can satisfy the unique requirements of furnace masonry.
Lightweight alumina bricks are a great option for a variety of industrial applications because of their superior thermal insulation, resilience to high temperatures, and resistance to chemical erosion. Due to the use of additives that are lightweight, Lightweight high alumina bricks have a low density and high insulation qualities.
