Q1: Do you offer sample?
A1: Yes, we can offer you the sample for the quality confirmation. But molding charge and the shipping cost should be paid by your side. When your order reach 5000PCS within 2 years, mold fee can be refund you.
Q2: What is the molding charge?
A2: As different materials and process cost differently, we can not tell exactly how much the molding charge would be. Kindly tell us the detailed information of the product you are interested in, and we can negotiate.
Q3: What is the lead time?
A3: Lead time mainly depends on the material, process and quantity of your order. The production time is about 10-15 days. If your order is the urgent one, we would try our best to shorten the time for you.
Q4: What is the payment term?
A4: T/T. Deposit should be paid before the bulk producing, and balance paid before shipping.
