Plastic refractory castable is a high-plasticity, phosphate-bonded monolithic refractory material supplied in a ready-to-use form. It is widely applied for kiln lining repair, furnace hot zone construction, boiler maintenance, rotary kiln transition zones, burner areas, and industrial furnace masonry.
With excellent plasticity, high bonding strength, and strong resistance to spalling and abrasion, this material is ideal for applications requiring ramming, repairing, patching, or building curved furnace structures.
Features Of Refractory Castable
High Plasticity - Easy to Ram & Install
Excellent workability; no vibration required.
Phosphate-Bonded System
Provides strong adhesion, chemical resistance, and high-temperature strength.
High Temperature Resistance
Working temperature up to 1400-1650°C depending on alumina grade.
Excellent Thermal Shock Resistance
Suitable for areas subjected to frequent temperature fluctuations.
Good Anti-Spalling & Abrasion Resistance
Extends furnace lining lifetime.
Ready-to-Use Material
Supplied in plastic bags; just open and ram into place.
