Ceramic Fiber Bulk (also called Ceramic Fiber Cotton, Loose Wool or Refractory Fiber Bulk) is produced by melting high-purity aluminum silicate material in an electric resistance furnace and forming fibers through high-speed blowing or spinning technology.
It is the raw fiber material used for manufacturing ceramic fiber blankets, boards, modules, textiles, and other insulation products.
The fiber is lightweight, flexible, and has excellent thermal insulation performance, fire resistance, and chemical stability, making it ideal for high-temperature industrial applications up to 1260°C-1400°C.
