Zero-expansion silica bricks are made of high-grade quartz ore, which is prepared from fused silica material through electric arc furnace melting, cooling, crushing, screening, pickling and other processes. The particles are mixed with a small amount of mineralizing agent and sintering agent to form semi-dry mud. Material, made by pressing, drying and firing processes.
