Curved fireclay refractory brick (also called chamotte arch brick) is manufactured from high-alumina clay, calcined chamotte, and high-purity binders. Its curved or arch shape is specially designed for furnace arches, blast furnace walls, boiler linings, and kiln structures that require both mechanical strength and thermal stability.
This brick provides excellent resistance to high temperature, thermal shock, slag corrosion, and mechanical load-making it suitable for various industrial furnace constructions.
Features of Fireclay Brick
High Refractoriness 1350-1400°C
Stable under long-term high-temperature operation.
Chamotte-Clay Composition
Ensures high strength, low shrinkage, and strong thermal shock resistance.
Curved / Arch Shape
Ideal for furnace arches and circular structures.
Excellent Slag and Chemical Resistance
Suitable for blast furnace and boiler hot zones.
Low Porosity & Good Thermal Stability
Improved working life and lower maintenance cost.
Customizable Sizes & Radius
Supports any arch design.
Applications of Fireclay Brick
Blast furnace
Hot blast stove
Reheating furnace
Boilers and biomass boilers
Metallurgy furnaces
Ceramic kilns
Shuttle kilns
Rotary kilns
Lime kilns
Furnace arch
Furnace roof
Circular wall lining
Burner zone
Flue duct lining
Advantages of Fireclay Brick
Curved radius fits seamlessly into furnace arches and circular linings, reducing labor time and improving structural stability.
Supports large structural weight without deformation.
Low porosity + high chamotte content ensures long-lasting thermal stability.
Ideal for furnaces with cycling temperature changes.
Fireclay/chamotte material ensures good performance-to-price ratio.
