Fused Cast AZS (Alumina-Zirconia-Silica) Bricks-also known as Zircon Corundum Bricks-are specially designed refractory materials used in various parts of glass melting furnaces, such as the melting tank, working end, throat, flow channel, and regenerator.
The material is produced by electric furnace melting, casting, and annealing processes. It offers highest corrosion resistance to molten glass, extremely low porosity, excellent thermal stability, and long service life under harsh furnace environments.
Features of Fused Cast AZS block
Excellent Corrosion Resistance to Molten Glass
Resists erosion and penetration during long-term melting operations.
Low Porosity & High Density
Minimizes glass defects such as stones, bubbles, and cords.
Outstanding Thermal Shock Resistance
Withstands rapid heating and cooling conditions inside the furnace.
High Mechanical Strength
Ensures structural stability under heavy load and high-temperature stress.
Precise Casting Shapes
Support for regular blocks, bonded blocks, throat bricks, sidewall blocks, flow blocks, and customized shapes.
Stable Chemical Composition
Zirconia content strictly controlled for consistent performance.

Q1: Which AZS grade should I choose?
AZS 33#: Regenerator, sidewall, low-corrosion zone
AZS 36#: Flow channel, working end, moderate corrosion zone
AZS 41#: Throat, glass-contact areas, high corrosion zone
Q2: Do you offer customized casting shapes?
Yes, we can produce complex and non-standard shapes based on drawings.
Q3: What is the delivery time?
Normally 15-25 days depending on order size and complexity.
Q4: How do you ensure quality?
Strict QC from raw material → melting → casting → annealing → machining → inspection.
Q5: Can you provide technical recommendations for furnace design?
Yes, we offer free professional technical consultation.
